Location: Lagos, Nigeria (onshore)
Accomodation and meals provided
1. Developing a fit for purpose princing schedule.

2. Responsible for identifying risks associated with the contract and incorporate, if applicable, risk mitigation and management into the
contract documents.

3. Responsible for the development of the advertisements and the Prequalification packages of the contract via the national press.

4. Responsible for the process of developing the evaluation matrix for the Prequalification submittals.

5. Responsible for administering the Prequalification exercise of the contract and reporting the results from such exercise to the
stakeholders and (ii) coordinating the clarification/qualification activities during the Prequalification exercise.

6. Responsible for the process of developing and obtaining approval for the Invitations to Tender for the contracts.

7. Responsible for ensuring that Prequalification and ITTs for the contract are issued in accordance with contracting policies and
procedures.

8. Responsible for the process of the technical and commercial evaluation of the ITT responses and reporting of the results. This will
include the coordination of all the responses to stakeholders' queries.

9. Responsible for the preparation of the contract documents.

Post-Award

1. Perform the commercial administration of the FPSO operations contracts in accordance with contracting policies and procedures.

2. Report to the Project Managment Team (PMT) such information required for monitoring of contractor's (commercial) performance.

3. Ensure proper filing of all documents required for day-to-day management of the contract and all contractor supplied documentation and
correspondence.

4. Provides the contractual support to the Package Manager as and when needed to manage any of FPSO operations contracts.

5. Manage the contract in accordance with contracting policies and procedures.

6. Preparing monthly payment certificates in accordance with contracting policies and procedures.

7. Evaluate and advise the Package Manager regarding change orders and manage such in
accordance with the provisions of the contract and contracting policies and procedures.

8. Assess the commercial merits of claims and coordinate legal, Insurance, Tax, Treasury etc. expert advice for the contract.

9. Maintain an accurate and up to date change order register.

10. Prepare contract close-out documentation in line with contracting policies and procedures.

11. To act at all time in accordance with the project requirements of Health, Safety and Environment.

OBSERVATIONS ON ACTIVITIES AND MISSIONS

Responsible for the maintenance of all contractual data necessary to be recorded for commitment follow up and invoice payment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

Qualification : BSc related to contract administration and / or cost control - Engineering, cost or quantity surveying, degree or equivalent.

Professional Experience (number of years) : minimum of 8 years experience in contracts administration in the oil and gas industry in similar position.

Location & scheme : The Project Management and Field Operations activities relocated to Nigeria in summer 2008.
Resident in Lagos, Nigeria with possible missions to other project sites internationally.
